2. What data we process

We only process data that you actively submit to us. This includes:

  • Name, email address and message content when using the contact form

The AI Readiness Check on this website is anonymous. No personal data is collected or stored, and your answers stay in the browser. If you go on to use the contact form, a summary of your result (maturity level and focus area) is submitted together with your enquiry so we can prepare for the conversation.

3. Contact form

When you contact us via the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, message, and optionally a summary of your AI Readiness Check result, see Section 2) is processed to handle your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Retention period: Data is deleted after your enquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Transmission takes place via Cloudflare Workers (see Section 4).

4. Hosting and technical service providers

This website is hosted on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare operates as a Content Delivery Network (CDN) and technically processes connection data (including IP addresses) in this context.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Workers for server-side processing and email forwarding. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For more information, see Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set any cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set cookies as part of its technical infrastructure that are required for the secure operation of the website (e.g. security and performance cookies). These cookies are technically necessary and do not require consent under § 25(2) TTDSG.

If you consent via the cookie notice, we additionally store the result of your AI Readiness Check in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so that we can show you tailored recommendations on a later visit. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is used solely to personalize your view. You can withdraw your consent at any time by declining the notice or clearing your browser's site data — the stored results will then be removed.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to statistically analyze how our website is used and to improve our offering. This sets cookies and transmits pseudonymized usage data (e.g. pages visited, time spent, approximate location) to Google for processing, including in the USA. This data collection only takes place if you consent via the cookie notice. You can withdraw your consent at any time by declining the notice or clearing your browser's site data.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

6. Security

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission. You can identify an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
