2. What data we process

We only process data that you actively submit to us. This includes:

  • Name, email address and message content when using the contact form

The AI Readiness Check on this website is anonymous. No personal data is collected or stored. Responses remain exclusively in the browser and are not transmitted.

3. Contact form

When you contact us via the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, message) is processed to handle your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Retention period: Data is deleted after your enquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Transmission takes place via Cloudflare Workers (see Section 4).

4. Hosting and technical service providers

This website is hosted on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare operates as a Content Delivery Network (CDN) and technically processes connection data (including IP addresses) in this context.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Workers for server-side processing and email forwarding. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For more information, see Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set cookies as part of its technical infrastructure that are required for the secure operation of the website (e.g. security and performance cookies). These cookies are technically necessary and do not require consent under § 25(2) TTDSG.

6. Security

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission. You can identify an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.

You have the right to:
